Just 2 steps for cooking your cochifrito:
- Let the product warm to room temperature. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750W. Open the plastic container and strain.
- Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan, or deep fryer, to 185ºC and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve.
Also suitable for air fryer.
This is a pre-cooked cochifrito, which you will only have to reheat in a fryer or pan for just 5 minutes. It is delivered vacuum packed. Shelf life 120 days (from labelling) and 2 years frozen.
