How to cook Tabladillo roast suckling pig joint

To make this pre-roasted suckling pig joint, follow these steps:

  1. Open the plastic package and place the piece of suckling pig on a roasting tray with a little water at the bottom.
  2. Place in the oven pre-heated to 220ºC and bake for approximately 50 minutes. Boneless, tender on the inside and very crunchy on the outside, this is the most delicious roast suckling pig joint you’ll ever try.

Use the oven with dual cook mode to ensure balanced baking throughout the cut. If needed, brown for a few more minutes to taste.

You can also cook it in an air fryer by following these steps:

  • Preheat the fryer to 200ºC.
  • Open the bag, remove the roast suckling pig joint and place it on the tray. You can brush the skin with olive oil to make the skin crispier.
  • Roast for 30 minutes with the fryer at 200ºC. If desired, cook for a few more minutes until the skin is golden brown to taste.
