Today we are Celebrating and we want to share it with all of you!

Our product “AL HORNO Y PUNTO” has obtained the highest score in the ITQI Superior Taste 2017 competition, the unique quality seal in taste awarded by Opinion leaders, Chefs and Sommeliers with Michelin stars. The participating judges gave our product a total of 3 stars – Exceptional Taste (The maximun possible). Evaluating its flavour, appearance, smell, and texture.

During the judging, the different products are tasted blind. Using a very rigorous sensory analysis process. The Jury evaluates the products as if they were tasting them in a familiar context, rather than judging them against the standards of their restaurants.

The iTQi jury members, who come from 17 different countries, belong to the most prestigious culinary associations in Europe, such as The Maîtres Cuisiniers and The Académie Culinarie in France, The Academy of Culinary Arts Euro-Toques, The italian Federazione Cuochi, The Nordic Chef Associations, The Spanish Chefs Federation (Facyre), The worls Master Chefs Society, The Verband der köche Deutschland, and The Sommellerie Internationale Association (ASI) for beverages.

This recognition is a great step forward in the growth of Tabladillo, and represents an international endorsement of the quality of our “AL HORNO Y PUNTO” suckling pig.
