Follow these 2 steps to make these suckling pig chips:
- Let the product warm to room temperature. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at 750W. Open the plastic container and thoroughly strain. Separate the pieces.
- Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan, or deep fryer, to 185ºC and fry for 5-6 minutes until golden and crisp. Serve.
You can also cook this product in an air fryer.
