The Segovian piglet with the Tabladillo guarantee. The highest Tabladillo quality piglet. If you want to know how to do it yourself at home, follow these recommendations or watch our video recipe:
- Salt the piglet to taste, always along the inside.
- Place wooden sticks on the bottom of the oven tray so the skin doesn’t stick.
- Add plenty of water until the wooden sticks are completely immersed.
- Preheat the oven for 15 minutes to 180ºC.
- Place the piglet in the oven with the skin side downwards at 180ºC for an hour and a half.
- Remove the piglet, turn it over and put it back in for another hour and a half with the skin facing upwards.
- Lastly, strain the gravy and serve it on the side. Never pour the gravy over the piglet if you want to keep the skin crisp.
Make sure you take into account the size of the oven for this product.
