Follow these 3 steps to cook the suckling pig leg:
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
- Open the plastic package and place the piece of suckling pig on a roasting tray with a little water at the bottom.
- Place in an oven preheated to 220ºC and bake.
Use the oven with dual cook mode to ensure balanced baking throughout the cut.
This is a fresh leg of pork, which you can cook in your oven at home. Weights from 500/750g to 750/1000g, you choose. It is served vacuum packed. Shelf life 21 days when fresh (from labelling) and 2 years when frozen.
